I led the rebuild of our email design system within Klaviyo to support both lifecycle automations and campaign-based sends tied to Nex IPs.
The goal was to establish a modular system using reusable, responsive components that allowed for easy content swapping across various message types—promotional, transactional, and engagement-driven.
I designed a flexible layout framework with defined hierarchy rules, typography scale, and safe zones, ensuring brand consistency across devices and inbox types.
The system was optimized for speed and scalability, enabling the CRM and lifecycle teams to generate net-new sends without design intervention, while maintaining visual cohesion across a growing set of audience journeys.
