My key contributions included designing the logo and initial layout, art-directing the visual identity and tone across social media, in-arena displays, and on-site event collateral such as scoreboards. Additionally, I created creative overlays and lower thirds for video content.
The challenge was to strike a balance between honoring legacy and remembrance without conveying a somber tone. Drawing inspiration from the historical significance and shine of the Stanley Cup, along with influence from Nike’s design ethos, helped bring the concept to life.
