After chatting with Mike Horan on how to brand the ever-mysterious "Captain Serious," Jonathan Toews, we've decided to play on just that: Captain. He is iconic and unique to the Blackhawks as one of the youngest captains ever on an NHL team and has the C.V. to back it up.
While I was doing my own research on Toews to develop the creative brief, a quote of his resonated with me: "The harder you work, the easier it looks."
I wanted to approach this as simply as possible, playing to the C patch, Captain, and him as a beloved key player on the Chicago Blackhawks.
