I'm Moving to Framer!
Last Updated Sept 21, 2024
I greatly underestimated the amount of re-layout work I have to do with my projects. 🙃 So at the moment, I'm focusing on my top 12, and going from there. I'll be looking to launch this in October now.
Also! I finally got the Figma UI/UX update! So that will be a lot of fun to dive in and play with the updated features.

I’ve been rebuilding my portfolio in Framer to gain more control, speed, and flexibility, with Figma integration, which has become key to my design process. I’m aiming to have it ready by late September, focusing on content migration, testing, and a quick domain transfer over a weekend to avoid downtime and handle any issues.

Strangely enough, working in Framer has been fun in a weird way. The challenge is enjoyable, just like when Figma decides to do its own thing.
In the meantime, I’m pruning my current portfolio to make it more focused which seems somewhat difficult. While I’m incredibly grateful for the diversity (and density) of projects I’ve worked on over the years, I’ve discovered that my heart is equally divided between sports and gaming—(I can't help but think this is a problem 😅)—yet I can flex into other industries as needed. It’s time to highlight what truly represents how I think, what I want to do next, and most importantly, who I am beyond the work.
Before this recent culling, I had over 60 projects 😭. I'm now down to 39 and my goal is 24. So far, it feels... freeing? So I’m excited to see my portfolio evolve into something more dynamic, sustainable, and hopefully faster-loading. Having proper CMS will be a godsend so I can better manage the copywriting alone.
Apologies if you notice any design oddities with color or other visual changes on this current site. The global settings on Adobe Portfolio can be quite wonky, so I'll do my best checking for any legibility issues. During this time, some projects may become archived or merged together (project vs. employer vs. client).
The following companies/projects types will be noticeably affected over the next week:
• Chicago Blackhawks / Event + Social > Small-scale archived entirely
• Tangent / Concept Work > Small-scale archived entirely
• Liquid Arcade / Activations > Some archived entirely
• KSE Esports / LA Guerrillas > Some merging
• Activision Publishing / Game Capture > All Merged
• Drissi Advertising / Theatrical Out-of-Home and Specialty > All Merged
• All Illustration Work moved to Illustration Portfolio

Using Trello to keep myself from going crazy. Haha
