Email creative lacked consistency, efficiency, and clear ownership. Every send required custom design work, QA was inconsistent, and teams were rebuilding patterns from scratch. Without a system, scaling automated flows and campaign bursts created unnecessary creative debt.

Along side the Manager of Lifecycle, I audited existing sends, restyled flows, and created a component-based Figma library with responsive modules, image rules, accessibility guidance, and motion patterns. I partnered with Publishing, Games, and Retail to align on core templates. My team supported design, system breakdowns, design, and GIF/motion.
