Overview
Context
At Nex, I built the operational infrastructure the brand needed to scale—migrating assets from Drive/Dropbox into Brandfolder and leading the rollout of the Playground rebrand across digital, retail, and campaign surfaces.
Problem
Teams were working from duplicate files, overshared folders, and inconsistent structures. When the rebrand hit, there was no clean system to absorb it—versioning issues, unclear ownership, and teams working in parallel silos without a source of truth.
Process
I defined taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and governance for Brandfolder; built dashboards to track usage; and established rules for uploads, versioning, and approvals. In parallel, I documented the rebrand rollout with flexible components instead of rigid rules, trained internal teams and vendors, and integrated the new identity directly into Brandfolder so approved files were always one click away.
Impact
Fewer duplicates, faster search, reduced asset bloat, and a rebrand that landed consistently in market—easier to maintain internally because the governance was built in from the start.
